We cannot decide on what’s best in here because both the cheese cake and the coffee is amazing! Actually Five Elephant is known for making the best cheese cake in Berlin and the quality of their roasting. Another great thing? 4. BONANZA COFFEE
The folks behind Bonanza Coffee were the first to bring the “Third Wave” coffee movement to Berlin. To those of you who are not familiar with the term;
The third wave of coffee is a movement to produce high-quality coffee, and consider coffee as an artisanal foodstuff, like wine, rather than a commodity.
Yumi Choi, who’s one half of the partnership behind Bonanza says that: “Third Wave describes best what was and what still is very much going on in the high-end coffee world. It defines the paradigm shift in what coffee has become for customers, baristas, farmers and roasters. This small coffee place tucked away in a lovely courtyard opened a few years ago and has since then gained a loyal following. They use these beautiful signature sky-blue-cups to serve the drinks and their brews are excellent! (they use Five Elephant’s roasts). They serve them with lovely small treats.

4. BONANZA COFFEE
Los chicos detrás de Bonanza Coffe fueron los primeros en llevar el movimiento de la “Tercera Ola” a Berlín. Para los que no estéis familiarizados con el término. La tercera ola del café es un movimiento que produce café de alta calidad, que lo considera un producto artesanal, como el vino, en lugar de una mercancía.
Yumi Choi, que es la mitad de la asociación detrás de Bonanza dice que: “La tercera ola describe bien lo que fue y lo que sigue siendo tendencia en el mundo del café de alta calidad. Define el cambio de paradigma que ha experimentado el café respecto a los clientes, baristas, agricultores y tostadores.
